This is a really funny customer service call I found in Youtube. I work in Teletech under a Dell account and I get this kind of customer all the time. LOL! I deal with these kind of calls differently though.
NOTE: This call was recorded and uploaded to Youtube April 2007 before I even started working for a DELL account and even before Teletech NOva had a DELL account.
